Our Program
Our goal is to reduce recidivism and stop mass incarceration. Our highly skilled service coordinators achieve this goal by completing an interview with the client to connect them to the best services that will benefit the outcome of the case.
We provide direct referrals to inpatient and outpatient services including bed to bed transfers from the holding center.
We have been successful with clients experiencing mental health, financial challenges, substance use, housing instability, contract compliance with court (making sure they attend treatment) transportation to court and securing employment.
How do I make a referral?
- Referrals are only accepted from Panel Attorneys that are assigned the case, Please contact Director of Social Work hedwards@assigned.org or call 289.0401 or alert in DD7.
- If you are unsure if the case is appropriate for services feel to reach out with any questions you may have, we are able to have case consultations and recommend services.
- When referring always provide client name, contact information, reason for referral, next court date and what you need us to do. Please notify the client that we will help with the case. The more information the better! It is imperative that we have all the information so we can serve the client and make life easier for you.
