Sheila Kirsch is a retired Lieutenant from the Village of Kenmore. She is an experienced supervisor with a demonstrated history of working in law enforcement and coordinating with multiple agencies in the areas of emergency management and physical security in addition to supervision of dispatch operations. She is certified in numerous areas including: crisis intervention, response to sexual assault, enhancing coordinated community response, and legal issues for New York State Law Enforcement.
Sheila worked as security supervisor at Buffalo City Hall where she coordinated activities of 30 employees and building security.
Sheila was the manager of Campos Photography Center for twelve years where she taught photography and printing classes along with managing store operations, inventory and budgeting.
Sheila graduated Magna Cum Laude from State University of New York at Buffalo with a BS in Earth Science.
